Huge and beautiful prawns! Looks fresh too. Will be freezing half of it as we can’t finish the whole kg. Steam the prawns with dong fen and it goes well with rice!
2 bundle of mung bean glass noodles soaked in warm water
cleaned prawns, lay them neatly on top of the glass noodles
Steam prawns
1 tablespoon minced garlic (fry with oil and pour onto prawns)
1/4 teaspoon sugar and 2 tablespoons light soy mixed to pour in.
Some spring onions and coriander (garnish Before serving)
