The Sea bass I received is very fresh and huge! A good value for money as my regular fish stall at Redhill market sells a much smaller sea bass for the same price! Only cons is that i’ll need a bigger wok to steam it.
I have not cooked the fish yet. I thought it was sea bass fillet and did not realize it was a whole fish.
